After participating in dance contests over a period of 10 years She began her online media career by posting dance videos on TikTok. She gained an enormous following fast and was the leading creator on the platform for video sharing TikTok by March 2020. Khaby Lame surpassed her when she reached the top of the heap in the end of July 2022. The debut feature film of D'Amelio was the role of a voice-over actor for the animated film StarDog TurboCat that was that was released in 2020.
