Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had a diverse range of talents, including being able perform, direct and produce plays, as well as write them teaching, as well as be the Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was born to the British father and Turkish-born mother from England. Her appearances in commercials were numerous when she was a child. Anna moved out of Toronto to Los Angeles in 1999. She was introduced to Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actor's training located in Los Angeles, and they got engaged in the year the year 2009. Anna was converted to Judaism at the beginning of January 2011, and the couple renewed their vows during the Jewish wedding ceremony in Fredericton.
